* Support the Client Relationship Management Team

* Superior Client Service/Customer Interaction Skills

* Ability to interact with client and internal stakeholders from an oversight role

* Superior diagnostic and problem solving skills

* Strong Administrational and Organizational skills required

* Administrative experience ? for example, Managing Internal/Customer Access requests

* Support the creation of Client Facing Material ? KPIs, Client Scorecards, Presentation Decks

* Operational knowledge of Investments/Investment Operations

* Familiarity with internal STT investment recordkeeping tools and functions (RKS, ESP, etc) are a nice-to-have

* Clients for this role are internal parties, external clients such as investment managers (middle and front office)

* Risk Management excellence

* Familiarity with internal STT risk tools and reconciliation functions (TLM, PLM, etc) are a nice-to-have

* Support "Special Projects" related to Business and Client needs

* Reporting to AVP



* BS/BA degree required.

* Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry.

* Experience in relationship management, strong verbal and written communications skills, and some experience with

* skills.

* Knowledge of computer systems, financial operations and/or mutual fund and related MBA desirable

* presentations a must.

* Must possess leadership and management
